Refund Policy – HAHHB Ltd.

Effective Date: 04/03/2025. 

1. General Principles

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are authorized solely at the discretion of HAHHB Ltd.

2. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Services could not be initiated due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Partial work was delivered but the full scope was not completed.

  • A mutual agreement between the Client and HAHHB Ltd. is reached.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The Client fails to complete agreed payments.

  • The Client refuses to review or approve completed work.

  • Services have already been fully delivered as contracted.

4. Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the nature of the case and payment method.

5. Final Decision

All refund determinations are final and made solely by HAHHB Ltd.
