Terms of Service – HAHHB Ltd.

By engaging the services of HAHHB Ltd., you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

HAHHB Ltd. provides certified ethical hacking and digital investigation services. Our work may include unconventional means, but these are always explicitly authorized by the Client before execution.

3. Client Responsibility

• The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own actions.

• HAHHB Ltd. shall not be held liable for any misuse of information or for any criminal activity engaged in by the Client.

• The Client must ensure they have the legal right and authority to request our services.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client engagements with strict confidentiality. No data is collected, stored, or shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the agreed services.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are managed exclusively under our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

HAHHB Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
